I had to perform major surgery on it to get it to stay in place. The shell of the hat, and the internal webbing which goes over the dome of the head, are OK.<br/>So .......... as always, you get what you pay for. So ………. as always, you get what you pay for. If you’re a DIY-er, and only need a hard hat for occasional use, then you’ll probably feel it’s OK, but I doubt whether a professional construction worker would be happy with it.

A very cool looking bike which is very well made with solid construction. The bike sits at a good height which makes it safe to ride, but the saddle can be adjusted to suit your child exactly. It’s great fun and she certainly enjoys riding the bike; just as long as it’s not on the carpet! Highly recommended.

Putting it together on Dec 23rd we realised that all the decals needed to be stuck on (which is fiddly and difficult to get a smooth finish), that a electric drill was needed to put the thing together, and that two key parts (that were made to specifically fit the car....not just a simple screw) that fit the front wheel to the car were missing. The car couldn't be used without these parts. Cue panic and disappointment. We managed to find another battery operated car in time, but it was all very annoying. My advice is if you do decide to buy, buy well in advance and check that all the parts are in the box. We bought this for our 20 month old as a Christmas present. Putting it together on Dec 23rd we realised that all the decals needed to be stuck on (which is fiddly and difficult to get a smooth finish), that a electric drill was needed to put the thing together, and that two key parts (that were made to specifically fit the car….not just a simple screw) that fit the front wheel to the car were missing. The car couldn’t be used without these parts. Cue panic and disappointment. We managed to find another battery operated car in time, but it was all very annoying. My advice is if you do decide to buy, buy well in advance and check that all the parts are in the box. I’m sure it would have been great fun if we had managed to assemble it, although sticking on 30+ decals would put me off to be honest!
